During each of my pregnancies, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and it opened my eyes to how deeply blood sugar affects not just weight, but energy, cravings, and long-term health. With the higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes after GDM, I knew I needed to find a way to care for my body that didn’t involve endless dieting or restriction.

Through trial and error, I learned how to balance my blood sugar in a way that helped me lower my risk, lose weight, avoid the dreaded afternoon crashes, and still enjoy the foods I love. That’s what I now teach other working moms—how to simplify nutrition, have more energy, and finally feel confident in their bodies without giving up family favorites or overcomplicating food.

My approach is all about making healthy living realistic, flexible, and sustainable—because motherhood is already busy enough.
