Not sure if coaching is a good fit for you? All you have to do is book a free consult so we can meet face to face and decide together if my services/programs will be a good fit for you!

We will start by doing a kickoff call. I will then spend 7-8 hours doing the work. At the end of the day, you will receive an email with access to a Clickup template that holds your entire plan and assets as well as a video tutorial of your Clickup template to help you or your team implement the work.

You’ll be sent a questionnaire that must be completed 1 week  prior to your VIP day. You will give me the all the in depth details of your business so I'm fully prepared to execute once it’s your VIP day.

Pre- and Postnatal Health & Nutrition Coach

After having my son, I felt lost. I wasn’t sure who I was anymore, and I struggled to feel good about my new identity as a working mom.

When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I started Erika Rose Wellness as a creative outlet—a space to share recipes and tips. But as I went through my own postpartum journey, I realized how little support there was for moms trying to balance work, family, and their health. I knew I wanted to be part of the solution.

That’s why I pursued certification in pre- and postnatal health and nutrition coaching and grew Erika Rose Wellness into more than just a blog—it became a platform to support moms in creating lasting change.

Today, I help working moms in their 30s simplify nutrition and balance their blood sugar so they can lose weight without giving up the foods they love.

MY TRANSFORMATION

"I literally cried after I left to fill out some paperwork to get my son on my insurance. I hadn't even went back to work yet! I felt guilty about a lot of things, but I had to do them in order to take care of him, like work, or take a little time for me. I was completely lacking in my confidence too. I felt gross and overweight. I didn't know who I was anymore and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to have my life back or do the things I used to do to take care of myself.

It took a lot of work to let those feelings go. But after I had my first daughter, something shifted and all the work I was putting in was starting to pay off. I learned to let go of most of that guilt I was feeling and I was feeling confident in myself again! I finally felt good about who I was."
